Every Kaya Thread piece starts with a fabric we love: shweshwe from the Eastern Cape, wax prints, hand-dyed indigo and South African linen. We cut in runs of thirty or fewer, so you will not meet yourself at the next wedding. Our four machinists are paid properly and sign the label of every garment they finish.
