How you earn
Every paid order: 1 point per R10. Excl VAT and courier, times your tier.
Invoice details finished: 50 points. Once.
Review a product after delivery: 20 points. Once per product.
Proof approved within 24 hours: 20 points. Each proof.
Recommend a business
Know a business that buys branded clothing or gifts? Send them your link. It is a favour to them; there is no reward for you.
Tiers
Member (from R0 of paid orders in 12 months): 1 point for every R10 you spend. Swap points for credit, free courier or branding set-up.
Regular (from R5 000 of paid orders in 12 months): 10% more points on every order. Early word of seasonal bonuses.
Valued (from R25 000 of paid orders in 12 months): 25% more points on every order. A named contact for your orders.
Premier (from R100 000 of paid orders in 12 months): 50% more points on every order. Priority proofing on every order.

R150 store credit: 1 500 points. R150 off your next order (excl VAT).
Free courier: 1 200 points. Door-to-door delivery on one order, on us.
Free branding set-up: 2 500 points. We waive the set-up fee for one logo on one order.
Branded notebook: 3 000 points. An A5 notebook with your logo, added to your next order.

The small print, in plain words
Who can join? Anyone with an account who orders from us, whether you buy for yourself or for a company. You join once, with one tick.
I buy for my employer. Can I keep the rewards? Yes. When you join you accept that any disclosure your employer requires about rewards you earn is your own responsibility and at your own risk. If your employer has a gifts policy, check it and tell them where it asks you to.
When can I use my points? As soon as the order is paid. If you are refunded, the points for the refunded part come off, so a balance can dip below zero if you have already spent them.
What happens if I return something? The points for the refunded part come off. If a reward code paid for that order and the whole order is refunded, the code works again.
Do points expire? Can I cash them in? Points do not expire while the programme runs. They never turn into cash: you swap them for rewards. Each reward code shows the date it must be used by.
How is my tier worked out? From your own paid orders over the last 12 months, excl VAT and courier, less refunds. It updates whenever an order is paid or refunded.
