Nomvula Mahlangu started the firm in 2014 after twelve years in corporate strategy teams. She wanted to work with the businesses that employ most South Africans: family firms, founder-led companies and fast-growing start-ups.
Today we are a team of seven consultants in Sandton and Durban. Every engagement is led by a partner from the first meeting to the last.
