Early-bird weekend pass
Entry for all three days at the lowest price of the year. Limited to the first 1 000 tickets.
R1 250
4 to 6 December 2026, Rietfontein Farm, Magaliesberg
Thirty-two acts on two stages, a valley full of campers and the best sunset in Gauteng's back yard, an hour from Joburg and Pretoria.
Three-day outdoor music festival
We cap the gate at 6 000 people so the lawns never feel crowded and the queues stay short. Expect Afro-soul, amapiano, indie rock and a Sunday morning jazz set by the river. Local chefs run the food village, the water points are free, and the last shuttle leaves Hekpoort long after the final encore.

About
Highveld Sound started in 2017 as a one-day gathering for 800 friends on a Magaliesberg farm. Word spread, the line-up grew, and today it is one of the best-loved weekends on the Gauteng calendar.
We book a mix of headline names and new South African talent, pay every artist fairly, and leave the farm cleaner than we found it. Most of our crew, traders and security come from Hekpoort and Magaliesberg.

At least half of every line-up is South African, and a third are first-time festival acts.
Refillable cups, sorted recycling and a clean-up crew that stays for a week afterwards.
Trained welfare officers, a medical tent and a quiet zone that are open all weekend.
