About
Nokuthula Sibiya spent years sitting in salons that did not know what to do with her 4C hair. In 2017 she trained as a natural hair stylist, and in 2020 she opened Crown & Coil on 7th Street with two chairs and a waiting list.
Today six stylists and braiders share the space. We keep appointments on time, we never add extensions you did not ask for, and we always send you home with a care plan.
We would rather say no to a style than damage your hair to get it.
You get a quote before we start, and there are no surprise charges at the till.
