Together we set three priorities for the next ninety days, decide what to hand over or stop doing, and meet every two weeks to keep you honest. It is practical, confidential and built around the business you actually run.

Start with a single session or commit to three months. Every package begins with a free 20-minute call.

Clarity session

R2 800

A two-hour deep dive on one pressing problem, with a written action plan within 48 hours.

Momentum, three months one-on-one

R16 500

Six 90-minute sessions, a 90-day plan and WhatsApp support between sessions.

Owners circle, group coaching

R1 950 a month

Six owners meet monthly for half a day over six months to share, plan and hold each other to account.

Prices exclude VAT. Sessions are held in Durban North or online.

About

Hello, I am Thandi

I spent fifteen years in banking and retail management in Durban and Johannesburg, the last five running a regional team of 120 people. I left in 2019 to coach the kind of owners I most admired: people building something of their own with too few hours in the day.

I hold a postgraduate diploma in business coaching and have worked with owners of bakeries, logistics firms, clinics, agencies and family businesses across KwaZulu-Natal. I coach in person in Durban and online everywhere else.
